Others do not belong here: why not expanding the Eurasian Union

Cuba can obtain the status of observer in the Eurasian economic Union. Russia is in favour of such a decision, don't mind him, Belarus, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan. But Kazakhstan declares about unwanted competition within the Union and is not ready to give concessions to the Cubans. Experts believe that Astana has openly opposed what the other members of the EEU.
