Not like friendship: Minsk pointed to Kiev for coordination with the United States

The Foreign Ministry of Belarus pointed out that Kiev is the initiator of the deterioration of relations with Minsk. Minsk also recalled that the Ukrainian government coordinated its actions against Belarus with the political leadership of the European Union and the United States - and this does not look like good-neighbourly relations.
