A world without bloodshed: Lavrov called on states to cooperate
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov spoke at the UN General Assembly, calling on the world to solve conflicts without bloodshed and unite to solve global problems. He also noted that States are increasingly dependent on each other because of global problems. The minister's address is preceded by a speech by Russian President Vladimir Putin -- he should deliver a speech closer to the evening of September 22.
