Ecuador has doubled the number of cases identified COVID-19


The number of detected cases of coronavirus infection in Ecuador doubled in 24 hours, on April 24, Reuters reported. According to the Ministry of Health of Ecuador, 22,719 cases of COVID-19 have now been confirmed. The day before, 11,183 confirmed cases of the disease were reported. According to the government statement, the jump is due to a sharp increase in the number of tests on SARS- CoV -2.
