Dropped out of the market: why it is difficult to find work through the employment service

Analysts hh.ru found that more than half of job seekers in Russia have never been registered with the employment service. At the same time, about the same number of non-working applicants were left without work precisely during the pandemic. Of those applying for unemployment benefits, only 6% of the survey participants were able to find employment. However, experts believe that in reality this indicator is different.
